This program does more than provide access to loans. Here at CCDI you will gain the knowledge, you need, to help you reach your entrepreneurial goals.
Business Development Opportunities offered at CCDI
MicroBusiness Development Workshop
- Learn what is required to be a business owner.
- Learn how to become a better business owner.
- Learn how to grown and sustain your business.
- Learn what lenders look for in a potential borrower.
- Learn how to develop a professional Business Plan.
Technical Assistance
- You will receive “one on one” assistance to aid you in the completion of a well-researched, workable Business Plan for your particular type of business.
- You will be assigned a CCDI representative to work with you throughout the loan application process.
- Minimal credit counseling is available for business loan applicants.
- Personal credit history (current credit problems must be addressed)
Lending
- Microloans as low as $500 and up to $50,000 may obtained
- Non-Agricultural loans for projects up to $150,000 are available for designated rural communities.
- Need seed money to start or complete a contract? Ask about CCDI’s short-term Contract Loans.
Follow-Up Assistance
- CCDI will track your growth and assist you in establishing and reaching goals for yourself and your business.
- You will gain access to specialized business seminars
